Stage 2: Polishing
The ring's shape is refined and polished to a brilliant mirror finish using a wheel and buffing compound. The setting, often in two pieces, is then meticulously attached, with claws securely soldered to the band.
Stage 3: Stone Setting
Securely setting stones is crucial for their longevity.
Prepare the Seat: Holes are drilled into the setting, creating a secure "seat" for stones, particularly for side stones or hidden halos.
Create the Gallery: Drilling tools form a "gallery," optimizing sparkle by allowing light entry from the sides.
Setting Accent Stones: Stones are carefully pressed into their seats, with claws individually formed and pressed over each.
Set the Center Stone: The most valuable stone undergoes a secure setting, vital given its exposure to wear.
Stage 4: Final processing
Your ring receives a final polish. If white gold, a rhodium plate enhances durability and provides an ultra-white finish. Rigorous quality control ensures your ring meets the highest standards.

How do I start a custom piece?
Reach out with your ideas or inspiration photos — through the form below, WhatsApp, or email. We’ll discuss your vision, budget, and timeline, then move to CAD design for your approval before anything goes into production.
What do you need to prepare a quote?
For a diamond quote: the carat size you have in mind, any shape or color preferences, and your budget. For a setting quote: your inspiration photos or design ideas, the ring size, and the budget. With those, we’ll put precise pricing together, usually within one or two business days.
Do you offer design consultations? Are they free?
Yes — initial consultations by message or video call are complimentary. No obligation, no pressure.
How long does a custom piece take?
Custom pieces typically take 7–12 business days in production, depending on design complexity and stone availability, plus 3–7 business days for shipping within the United States. You’ll receive CAD renders for approval, progress photos along the way, and a tracking number the moment it ships.
Do you ship worldwide? How long does shipping take?
We ship worldwide, free of charge. At the moment we don’t serve a small number of regions — message us to confirm yours. Delivery within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days after production; international delivery times vary.
What is your shipping policy?
Free insured shipping on all orders, with tracking from door to door. Every piece leaves our workshop fully inspected, securely packaged, and certified where applicable. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page.
Pricing & Quotes
How long is my quote valid?
Quotes stay valid unless stone or gold prices move materially, or tariffs change. If anything shifts, we’ll tell you before production begins — there are no surprise adjustments after you approve.
What affects the price of a diamond or setting?
The same factors that apply everywhere: carat weight, cut, color, and clarity — plus the complexity of the design. Working directly with our cutting and production partners is how we keep those prices far below traditional retail.
Do you charge fees to source stones?
Viewing lab-grown stones via 360° video is always free. If you’d like hand-checked photos, videos, or an in-person inspection of specific stones, a $100 sourcing fee applies. Once you pick your stone and approve the design, a 50% deposit starts production — that deposit is what locks in your quote.
Warranty & Care
Do you provide a warranty?
Every piece is covered by our lifetime warranty against manufacturing and craftsmanship defects, including prong and setting issues. If a covered defect ever appears, we repair it at no cost. The warranty applies to the original purchaser; normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, and third-party resizing or repairs are not covered.
What’s the best way to care for my jewelry?
Keep it away from harsh chemicals, take it off during workouts and cleaning, and wash it gently with mild soap and a soft brush. An annual check-up of the prongs and stones at your local jeweler will keep it secure for decades — and if anything ever looks off, our lifetime warranty has your back.

Do you offer financing or payment plans?

What is your return or exchange policy?
Because every piece is made to order specifically for you, all sales are final once production begins — we don’t accept returns or exchanges. That promise is backed by our lifetime warranty: cancel any time before your deposit is paid for a full refund, and a lifetime of coverage against manufacturing defects once your piece is in your hands. If your piece arrives damaged or incorrect, tell us within 7 days and we’ll make it right at our cost.
