That's why every Chinghoi Diamonds piece comes with our lifetime warranty. For as long as you own it, we'll take care of any manufacturing or craftsmanship issue — including prong and setting problems — and repair it free of charge. No fine print, no expiration date. Just our word.
It's also the reason we can keep every sale final: we don't need a return window to prove we believe in what we make. We make it right, for life.

What's Beyond the Warranty
Jewelry lives with you — through gardens, gyms, ocean swims, and busy days. So a few things sit outside the warranty:

- Accidental damage, loss, or theft
- Damage from unauthorized repairs or misuse
If Life Happens
If something ever feels off with your piece, don't worry — just reach out through our Contact page. Tell us what happened, share a few photos if you can, and we'll walk you through the rest. You'll talk to real people who care about getting it right.
And if your piece arrives damaged, or isn't what you ordered, let us know within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll repair or replace it at our cost — you'll never pay shipping for our mistake.
A Little Everyday Care
Your piece doesn't ask for much. Take it off before a swim or a workout, keep it away from household chemicals, and let it rest in a soft pouch of its own at night. When it needs refreshing, warm water, mild soap, and a soft brush will bring back the shine — no special products needed.
